In last, 10th year #teaching after 3rd class meeting I wrote term assignments on whiteboard w/ my phone number, asked students to revise while I took a walk. They texted questions then texted they were finished. Trust students who are truly passionate about #learning the topic! #Colearning ftw

In this video I set up Flux running in a local cluster on my MacBook by following the getting started guide. Then I learn about how to structure the repo according to Flux methodology. I implement this structure in my homelab repo and deploy flux to my homelab cluster. Then I manage to configure Grafana and the Weave UI to be accessbible via ingress using a custom fake domain.

#coworking / #colearning oder #buddy Konzepte funktionieren für mich super: Verbindung, Verbindlichkeit, Freude...

Mit meinem Laufbuddy laufe ich bei Wetter, bei dem ich sonst nie nicht rausgehen würde. Inzwischen sogar, wenn er mal krank ist. Aus etablierter Gewohnheit.

Für andere Hindernisse hilft: "Just touch the treadmill" #WOL

Radical #Colearning steht oben in meiner Infozeile. Gemeint ist, noch viel mehr Möglichkeiten des „co“-Lernens aufzugreifen und im Lernangebot zu etablieren, als es bisher der Fall ist. Beispiele: Gemeinsam Scheitern, um neue Lösungswege zu finden; Tauchgänge starten ins Unbegreifliche, weil man Möglichkeiten ausloten will, die noch in den Tiefen schlummern; Watch Parties für die Lernmuskeln veranstalten; Zirkeltraining für neue Lernroutinen fördern - steht bisher nirgends im Lernangebot, oder?

Breaking down physician silos

There is no more physicians' lounge anymore at the hospital. You have hospitalists, and then you have outpatient physicians, and we never see each other. In fact, I'm an outpatient primary care physician. I don't know the last time I rounded in a hospital.
