@chu for your consideration:
I have regular calls with a friend or two, where we do whatever we'd otherwise procrastinate on: invoicing, contracts, a shower, gardening, yoga, anything. And writing.
We catch up, then use #Pomodoro iterations and report back. It's great for having accountability with a friend! And tackling things in bite-sized chunks. And community: I'm not alone, between calls.
(The #ADHD community has adopted this, calling it #coworking, which is great!)
We received an extremely tempting offer to relocate to a much bigger and nicer space, read all about it on our new blog:
https://pixel-forest.com/blog/2026/pixel-forest-is-expanding/
And please reach out to us, if you are looking for a desk in a community space focussing on #creativecoding and #newmediaart in #Berlin - we are urgently looking for 15 people to move in with us, until April 28th latest.

# Checking out a coworking space
Two times a week I am working in Altdorf and the other days I'll work from home in Sarnen. Working from home has its perks, especially when being a parent. I can share dinner and tea time with my child. However, I do not have a private office room at home. The room I am working is called the "children's bureau". In my (recent experience it is better to separate the private from the business life.
