Today I was in the mood of #ramen, and got inspired by this #vegan #tantanmen recipe from #ElaVegan: https://elavegan.com/vegan-tantanmen-ramen/
I was too lazy to care about tofu or soy meat and compensated it with more veggies in the broth (carrots, zucchini, red pepper, celery). Happy with the outcome, but have to try the recipe version another time, since it's very similar to my favourite ramen dish of a local Japanese restaurant (#CocoChan, Aachen).
