Capone was charged with 22 counts of tax evasion & convicted of 5.

Trump has lately been charged with at least 37 counts relating to unlawful retention of federal partly classified property.
And that's only relating to a single out of many investigations into criminally relevant activities.

Side note: Suffering from neurosyphilis & becoming more & more debilitated Capone was released from prison after 8 years of incarceration — he died in ***Miami Beach, Florida****.

@uspolitics Allow me to disagree: The deeper problems seem to be a distorted relation (in Trump's case) towards to federal, i.e. the people's property & lacking regulation of mandatory transfer of federal documents as property of the federal government into custody of the National Archives.

While #45 is evidently suffering from a disordered relationship with other people's property anyways.
