@Bwheatnyc In the counts-contest over criminal charges between Trump & Al Capone, also NY-born Capone is the clear loser:
Capone was charged with 22 counts of tax evasion & convicted of 5.
Trump has lately been charged with at least 37 counts relating to unlawful retention of federal partly classified property.
And that's only relating to a single out of many investigations into criminally relevant activities.
Side note: Suffering from neurosyphilis & becoming more & more debilitated Capone was released from prison after 8 years of incarceration β he died in ***Miami Beach, Florida****.
