I'd say there's plenty of reason for optimism here. I'll also add the anecdotal evidence that we've had a surprising number of sales of my wife's (who writes #CozyMystery as #ChristyFifield) latest book through Ingrams in general, and Barnes and Noble in particular.

Took early copies of Murder Buys a Lemon to inde store North by Northwest Books, which will be handling signed copies through their eBay store. Looks odd next to the increasingly hard to get Berkley editions, but it will be joined soon by the two volume omnibus that will reprint those novels with all new material, and will be branded to go with "Lemon."
