Do you really need to pre-heat the oven?
Do you really need to pre-heat the oven?
In fairness, that's partly because Cadbury has been trying to turn the Creme Egg into an all-year-round thing, on and off, since the 1980s.
There's not a time of year when they aren't on the shelves somewhere in my neck of the woods, and that has become normalized.
I am sensing a future #ChrisSpargo video subject: When did all-year-round creme eggs become normalized?
I suspect the massive sales dip when the U.S.A. company took over and changed the Creme Egg recipe back in 2015 might have given all-year-round sales a fresh impetus.
My immediate reaction is to favour the idea of the Village of Northampton, it being a hugely dolphin humour kind of idea.

A YouTube channel that I think a lot of Brits should follow if they're not already, Chris Spargo looks at the history of the pedestrian crossing in the UK in the latest Small Question. These are always far more fascinating that they sound.
This bloke concluded that unlike the Great Wall of China, and like some greenhouses in southern Spain, it is visible from space, for some definition of "from space".
But it's the construction area, not the line itself; and that will eventually green over again.
Everyone is saying that Chris Spargo is filling a Tom Scott shaped hole in their heart with his series 'The Small Questions'.
