The series is incredibly good. A truly epic sci-fi work that lives up to the incredible inventiveness and charm of Cixin Liu's books over 30 episodes. With the exception of a few peripheral characters, the casting perfectly matches the ideas I had after reading the book. The production design and CGI are equally good. The actors are excellent, at least the Chinese, others seem a bit wooden or tend to overact. The fact that an effort was made to change as little as possible of the source material will please fans of the book on the one hand, but unfortunately
