I've started a rewatch of Star Trek: Voyager and am still working on a TOS rewatch and thinking I should just slowly rewatch all the old series together: TNG, DS9 and Enterprise included. My dad keeps telling me about reading Trek books recently, and it constantly makes me want to dig back in to the universe, and I don't like any of the modern stuff except Lower Decks so that's not really an option.

So there's a new season coming out now *and* I get to watch two in a row.
I'm not sure if this show is ever coming to an end but I hope it is. I think it's brilliant but good things should end before they get shitty.

I can foresee the new Harry Potter series failing miserably.
Nobody asked that remake. What people would have been interested with would have been a modern take.
Imagine Harry trying to deal with a kid of three who doesn't like magic. Hermione dealing with fame. What about bringing in the trio for a murder mistery. What abuot passing the torch.
What about anything else that the story we already know back to back?
