Latest EiBi (eibispace.de/dx/freq-b25....) lists several freqs scheduled for today only, 1200-1700z, i.e. specifically for #Chunwan #ChineseNewYearGala, labeled as China Radio International in Mandarin: 7205, 7235, 9855, 11630, 11670 & 11710 kHz!

CNR1 (?) is still strong on 11630, 11670 & 11710 kHz, carrying the CMG #ChineseNewYearGala. Especially 11670 is massive, no doubt aimed right at Europe. Makes me wonder if these are special emissions just for the Gala?🤨
Except 11710, this one is used regularly via Beijing #shortwave #ChineseNewYear
And I just accidentally rewound the stream to the beginning of the gala, and an additional small screen shows two commentators describing what's happening.
I suppose that's what I'm hearing on all the CNR radio stations as well, incl. on #shortwave #ChineseNewYear #ChineseNewYearGala #Chunwan

NOT hearing the Gala on 9420 & 9890 CNR13 Uighur nor on 9480 CNR11 Tibetan. The latter has what appears to be Chinese propaganda brainwashing in Tibetan - as usual, cuz I never hear anything else on that station 😆
