Davis asks that they try to offer as unified a voice as possible on this charter. He commits to working to make more significant changes in the future, exploring budgetary authority and ranked choice voting and everything else.

This video was made prior to the passage of the #Portland #CharterReform measure 26-228. I found it helpful to revisit because the reform is still generally not framed as a move toward proportional representation.
