C.So with my recent #disastrous experience with #Uber #Eats, it looks like I have to file a #chargeback with my credit card company to get my refund. If you missed the previous episode of Support Disasters: purchase through website, but refunds only through the app, which I can't use, because I don't have a cell phone.
I thought you used to be able to dispute a merchant charge on the phone, but I don't seem to have that option today. I have to submit a dispute by postal mail - or by fax 🤣 .
I'm guessing the procedure for "submit a dispute by fax" goes like this:
1. Time-travel back to 1994 when fax was relevant.
2. Submit form by fax.

W koncu znalazlem chwile, zeby ogarnac wniosek o #chargeback za te felerna rezerwacje z Łodzi - ciekawe jak to sie potoczy, standardowo, nie daje sobie duzych nadziei, ale przynajmniej zobacze jak taka procedura wyglada 😂
