I have 1-2 kg of #calamansi / #calamondin . It's a sour little orange originated in Philippines and cultivated in Mexico (mines comes from a neighbor's backyard). I had them in beverages but I've been told they're used in south Asian cuisine. Someone here has a #Recipe using them?

J'ai testé des cultures d'agrumes : citron, mandarine, bergamote, micro-citrus, calamondin.

Même en véranda ils sont sujet à parasites (cochenilles farineuses ou à bouclier, araignées rouges) et à carences (azote, fer). Tous sauf le #calamondin !

C'est le seul à pouvoir passer l'hiver dans la maison. Il se défend et produit des fruits qui remplacent avantageusement le citron : zeste plus parfumé, pulpe plus acide.
