Ft Wayne Coney Island Sauce:

3 tbsp lard
1 onion chopped and sauted
3lb hamburger browned and drained
14 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp red pepper
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp allspice
80 Oz tomato sauce
1/2 lb lard
12 cup boiling water

Simmer for one hour
