💊 #ยาคุม แบบฮอร์โมนรวม ( #COCs ) (มีฮอร์โมน #Estrogen + #Progestin) กันท้องได้ยังไง? 1) หยุด #ไข่ตก * ฮอร์โมน #Estrogen + #Progestin ไปกดสมอง → ทำให้ #FSH , #LH ลดลง → ไข่ไม่สุก ไม่ตกไข่ = ไม่มีไข่มารอผสม . 2) ไม่ให้ตัวอ่อนเกาะที่มดลูก * ปกติผนังมดลูกจะหนาเพื่อรอไข่ที่ผสมแล้ว * แต่ถ้ากินยาคุม → #ผนังมดลูกไม่หนา → ไม่เหมาะให้ตัวอ่อนฝังตัว . 3) ไม่ให้อสุจิวิ่งเข้าไปง่าย * #Progestin ทำให้น้ำเมือกปากมดลูกหนืดขึ้น(ข้นเหนียว) → อสุจิว่ายเข้ายากขึ้น .

Maybe, maybe not. Hasn't #Node.js already chased away any contributors that don't seek out #CoCs? If so, an even more CoC-devoted fork might gain enough devs & users to thrive.
