Civil Defense NZ apparently thinks it's perfectly acceptable to fire off another, completely unchanged mind you, emergency alert at 6:30 a.m. this morning.

I'm beginning to think they don't know how to use the system. An advisory isn't an emergency, you bloody plonkers!
