I've got one episode of #brotherssun on Netflix left to watch, and it's got the same big flaw as a lot of MCU shows and movies. The antagonists of the show are the people we should be rooting for. The Boxers are out to wipe out the triads, build community centers, help out the people hurt by organized crime.

But somehow because they use violence against the main cast, they're the bad guys of the show.

Amy ran across The #BrothersSun and told me I'd like it. I read and watched a lot of TV last week, felt too listless to do much else. (Much better today, woke up completely well again, though a little short of breath.)

To my surprise, one brother is an aspiring stand-up comedian, and I really identified with him. Soft, idealistic, ambitious: I was him once.

The older brother is a tough guy, who has abandoned any personal ambition to care for his family. I really identified with *him.*
