1/2 On tapping into our inner wisdom and vitality…
“Rather than going after those walls and barriers with a sledgehammer, we pay attention to them. With gentleness and honesty, we move closer to those walls. We touch them and smell them and get to know them well. We begin a process of acknowledging our aversions and our cravings. We become familiar with the strategies and beliefs we use to build the walls: What are the stories I tell myself?

We finally had a chance to watch #WakandaForever last night. Making this film must have been be so difficult for everyone involved. I think their presentation of different ways people deal with grief was well done. We may have feelings of loss, sorrow, rage, regret, despair, & helplessness, but we can make productive rather than destructive choices, compassionate choices, and allow life experiences to open our hearts instead of hardening them.
