There is something to be said for decompression. Esp in times of stress/high pressure, make sure to allow time for a little blowing off of steam.
Make bad jokes.
Watch a silly movie.
Scream your head off in your car.
Play in a public fountain.
Go running on the beach.
Wear something outlandish.
Make sandcastles.

Remember what it was like to be a child. Even if it’s just for an hour. This could be the best thing you ever do for your health.
