On a level road, I shouldn't have been riding at the lowest/easiest gear. 😳

I didn't think the gear mattered much on a level road. 🤔

I actually blamed my tiring so quickly and my 170+ heart rate on the very strong wind, on me being not so fit, and on my poor balance. #health #exercise #bikes

Don't know who owns the white car.
