I over think my problems.
Pump, patches, spare tube, tubeless repair kit, quick link, chain tool & breaker, spare spokes, cable ties (assorted), multitool, Leatherman, adjustable spanner.
Probably some other bits as well.
[Edit] small bottle of chain oil, sachet of Chamois creme, gear and brake cable inners, tire boots.

Posting from a prone position in bed in my house on the edge of the moors east of Manchester. Coffee has not yet happened.
Nothing cycle related I'm afraid. My lockscreen and wallpaper reflect my squid obsession instead.

I've got a small travel first aid kit wrapped in a plastic bag. I've no idea what's in it beyond the bare minimum. I should probably check.
Does anyone do a bottle cage compatible FAK? That would be a lot more useful for me to swap between bikes.

My other bikes are 1x setups. Same rear cassette (10sp 38-11) but the fronts are something like 32 teeth.
The idea is that the lowest gear allows me to get up my final steep hill coming home without too much crying, and the highest gear has me spinning out at about 35kph.

It used to be until the sweat started to rot away at the foam (I sweat a lot), but since discovering cycle caps, they're now kept indefinitely.
Biggest problem for me is remembering when I've bought a helmet, so I don't worry about expiration dates.

I have a touring bike with a huge range.
The rear is a 10 speed 38-11 (but used to be a 9 speed 42-11), and the front is a 42-24
However, it's also currently got an electric conversion kit on it (250W front wheel drive).
As a result I hardly ever have to use the granny gear, unless the battery runs out, or I'm hauling very heavy loads.

I've not had an issue so far, but I'm running 2.5" gravel tires at low pressure.
I've previously tried running tubeless on 32mm and that has not ended as well, as the higher pressure makes the sealant spray out everywhere.
I'm currently trying to set up some new wheels with 43mm tires, but there's a whole saga of issues there.

Tucked up in bed in Manchester, Englandshire. It's quarter past six in the morning and too early for coffee.

No. I've tried them for running in the past, but never really got on with them.
The closest I have now is a reflective strip on the back of my sandals (Shimano SD501), and a nominally reflective bit around the top of my Dexshell socks.

I have a bare rack that I then strap things onto rather than a dedicated bag.
This photo isn't great, but shows a tent strapped onto it along with a chunky chain and lock.

Today I'm posting from my living room instead of my bedroom, in the surprisingly sunny hills to the east of Manchester.
My partner is away this weekend, so I've had to get up and make my own coffee. Oh the inhumanity of it all...
I'm a year round commuter, but my first longish (80km planned, but a bail out point at 40km) social/fun ride is a week on Monday.
Turns out the deciding factor was my friend having to use up leave before april
