Bear Trap Removed

No further reports of activity: Conservation Officer ServiceEarlier today, the Conservation Officer Service (COS) removed the empty bear trap that had been sitting at the junction of Mountain Drive and Timbertop since April 26. Bear Smart Director Norma Rodgers says the COS informed her the trap was taken away as "there had been no additional calls about the large bear with yellow ear tag that had been trying to access garbage stored in a garage".She asks residents to reach out to Lions Bay Bear
