platforms come and go, but your homepage is forever. and your email. get a domain name and tie email address to it. never forget to renew it! or buy it for 10 years.
then get working and make an ugly html webpage that hosts your work.
that's your turf. your learning and growing place. a garden, a forest, stone quary.
get your email inbox under your domain name working. no need to setup your own email server (difficult, but not impossible!), get it hosted someplace.
these two are forever. pay for it with real money. or help a local librehosters group with documentation. or organizing. but don't pay it with permission to be tracked.
more difficult than instagram, but forever, and under your own terms.
everything else will perish sooner or later. do use those other platforms, but just know how fragile they are. coops also die out.

- from a long list you tick various modules: few options for introduction and number of different arguments, some historical, some in the present, and few summary modules
- you click generate
- generator gives you a markdown document that you copy&paste into any instance of HedgeDoc,
- there you just choose 'slide mode' from the right dropdown menu
- press S for speaker mode in new window where you have notes to slides, which are text that you can read next to each slide
this way anyone can prepare and give a #BeYourOwnPlatform presentation in a matter of minutes.
