For all its many faults, there was one thing I appreciated about BirdTown: people always said "Do Twitter your own way." There is a great freedom in that, although I acknowledge that there is risk as well. In all my newspaper years and all my librarian years and all my other years, too, I've always been very strongly anti-censorship. I suspect it's pretty likely that I'll keep hanging onto that view. ;)
