The editor here, tons of Baja experience, frequent #BCS since 1991, (part)time resident and #hurricane tested, most notable "Marty" 2003 here at #Baja and a few solid typhoons at southern hemisphere has not experienced such a force before.
2/3rds of roof (NOT a poorly build home) got ripped of at 01:30hr. 13 weeks no phone, many streets not usable...
