• I ate an evening meal that was (or appeared to be) filling and nutritious, though bland (hello anosmia);
• I watched a Norwegian film (Number 24). This would be a good thing even if the film were not, but it was also good;
• I practised in two short tranches, neither was satisfactory except for the benefit of more minutes spent on the instrument, and because the alternative was not practising at all, a clearly #BadThing;

It’s a philosophical question: is the absence of a bad thing in itself a good thing? Hard to say.
