#AVPRequiem asks the question, what if they filmed the #Xenomorph infestation of Hadley's Hope and threw in a #Predator? And now I can see why #Aliens didn't cuz it's actually kinda disturbing watching defenseless civilians get brutally violated by monsters.đ€ą
Set in a small forested Colorado town, this gripping tale of a slightly cliched ensemble trying to survive the night is let down by the most atrocious lighting. The #film is literally too damn dark!

Ken NewquistBig Dumb HORROR movie time (it *is* October). First up #FreddyVsJason, which I watched once, in the early 2000s.
I remember it as, well, a big dumb horror movie, and one that didn't quite know what to do with its premise.
Still ... probably better than #AvPRequiem (though I don't think I'm re-watching Requiem to confirm that...)
I might watch #AvPRequiem just because it's such a crapshow ... and to set up #Prey, which is frakking awesome.
#AlienRomulus is practically an #Alien Greatest Hits movie. So much so that when one character turned out to be pregnant, I was like, "Oh god here we go again." đ€Šââïžđ”âđ«
