Atom RPG, it's actually a lot of fun (I decided to try it out for real, as a martial artist because...heck yeah)! It's dialogue heavy, I appreciate the writing because it conveys emotion, and hints at the internal mental state of NPCs well. There are spelling issues as the creators weren't using their native language.
There are some minor issues with this game, mainly the fact it does not automatically give you the money for goods you sell (I found this out the hard way). Modern gaming has spoiled me a little bit, however, I can adjust so that my party is always flush with rubles.
Thankfully, NPCs giving quest rewards will automatically give you rubles...The wasteland aesthetic with a Russian flavor is pretty good so far. Having just acquired my first follower, I will be putting this wasteland to the test.
Совершенно внезапно обнаружил игру Atom RPG. Чисто внебрачный сын Фаллаута и Санитаров Подземелий. Тот самый олдскульный шароебинг по обосранным заброшкам в радиоактивных пустошах. В советских радиоактивных пустошах.
Это настолько внебрачный сын фаллаута, что он унаследовал SPECIAl, перки, и даже в интерфейсе видны гены родителя.
Но это точно не делает игру хуже.
Из минусов: нельзя начать игру персонажем с интеллектом 1. Таких дебилов в советскую секретную организацию АТОМ (походу, это чот типа Братсва Стали) не берут. Нужно хотя бы три очка инты.
В остальном, минусов не вижу. Первая же слуайная встреча с объебосами-сектантами во время путешествия отправила мою жёпу в загрузку последнего соххранения. Кайф.
Под линаксом работает отлично.
