This week I've had one of the worst #customerservice experiences in some time with American Home Shield. It really seems in my opinion that the home warranty industry is quite shady. I've cancelled but once I stopped and really thought about it the economics just don't make sense. They're not going to actually fix big problems for what they charge. Some may get lucky but overall it seems like a predatory industry to me. #AmericanHomeShield
