It's important to understand that politics is a dirty profession. It always has been - it always will be.

Corrupt politicians can have an (R) next to their name; they can also have a (D) next to their name. Corruption and greed are not exclusive to one party. It goes to the level of what they think they need to do in order to get your vote.

Doesn't mean it has to be dirty. As voters, we just have to do everything possible to try and vote for those who are not corrupt.

If you want to protest, then protest peacefully.

If you can't argue your point with facts, then you don't have an argument!

If your main argument starts with "I think" then study your argument harder!

The moment you make it personal, you've lost the argument!

Occupying a building you don't own, or destroying property that doesn't belong to you, will never win an argument. It might get you on social media, but so does a cat meme!

For those of us in the grand ol' #USA, if you have time to write something political on social media, you can use that time to also write to your legislators.

Use this link - https://fiscalnote.com/find-your-legislator

It will tell you all the state and federal legislators where you live.

The best part is that the people that CAN do something about it WILL know how you feel.

Be respectful, be to the point, and explain your viewpoint (it's not Twitter/X).

Still amazed by how many #voters in the #USA don't want corruption in our #government, yet we're stuck with such a corrupt government that voters can no longer vote for people that can rid us of that corruption.

That goes for both sides. Being less #evil isn't good, or even better. It's just less evil!

Was Mr Smith Goes to Washington just a movie?

Are we allowed to hate the player AND the game?

If ANY presidental candidate thinks that the position allows ANYONE to be a #dictator, even for just a day, should NEVER be a candidate!

If we allow ANY president to have SO much power that they can become a dictator, that's on us!

#History has shown us what happens when countries have dictators. A lot of citizens died so that we never give our government that kind of power. Our #Constitution is supposed to protect citizens from that scenario.

To all the eligible voters in #Ohio, I certainly hope that you take the time to #vote tomorrow (if you haven't voted already).

I don't need nor want to know how you voted; only that you voted. Politicians love people who don't vote because that's less people they technically have to represent. By voting, you force them to work and think harder.

And they should work harder. They should have to think about what is best for the people of our country.

There is a growing number of so-called #Christians who are following the same lessons that grew the #KKK in the southern states of the US.

And it's so much easier now. Distributing hate now takes milliseconds instead of days, meetings can be virtual and end-to-end encrypted, and think of all the money saved by no longer needing to buy and wash all those white sheets!

Don't let your perception of #God make you hate someone else just because they're different than you!

Real war has proven two things:

1. Innocent people are going to die
2. Politicians have little to no power to stop it

We will always have war as long as either side kills innocent people and gets away with it. Doesn't matter how much they are an ally otherwise.

If my best friend killed an innocent child, I will not stand next to them while they try to justify their evil.

Sometimes it is easier to help out others than it is to help one's self.

All of us have to make personal choices on how to make the most out of today for a better tomorrow.

... or next week.
... or next month.
... or next year.

Many times it's a struggle. I am struggling right now, and a large part of me wants to procrastinate a little longer.

I have to remind myself to #AlwaysBeBetter as well.

To those who can do it without thinking, I applaud you.
