📝 The main argument of our submission is that a tripartite approach is necessary in order for states to meet their obligations concerning access to health and healthcare for all people. States must -
1️⃣ Ensure that healthcare is publicly funded through progressive taxation
2️⃣ Adopt a systems approach to fulfill the right to health
3️⃣ Take an intersectional approach in all aspects of healthcare provision.
