Il Tempo: Rebuild 2026, Verones (Aprie): "Adattare strumenti e modelli organizzativi all'urgenza della transizione"

Riva del Garda, 14 mag. (Adnkronos) - “Il sistema di pianificazione deve essere modulato e adattato per dare una risposta concreta e operativa a quella che oggi rappresenta un'urgenza. A questa urgenza bisogna rispondere con strumenti capaci di garantire tempistiche, qualità e operatività all'altezza della sfida che stiamo affrontando”. Lo ha affermato Sara Verones intervenendo a REbuild 2026, la manifestazione dedicata all'innovazione sostenibile dell'ambiente costruito in corso al Centro Congressi di Riva del Garda.
Nel corso del panel dedicato alle regole e alla pianificazione, Verones ha evidenziato come la sostenibilità ambientale sia ormai “un elemento costituente” all'interno dei processi di progettazione, delle imprese di costruzione, della pubblica amministrazione e del sistema finanziario. “Il lavoro svolto in questi anni affinché il green non fosse più percepito come una novità è stato recepito. Oggi rappresenta un dato acquisito, anche dal punto di vista degli investimenti”, ha spiegato.
Secondo Verones, anche i criteri ESG sono stati ormai pienamente interiorizzati dagli operatori del settore: “Non vengono più vissuti come un elemento di branding o rebranding, ma come una componente strutturale della progettazione e degli investimenti”.

This urgency must be answered with tools capable of guaranteeing timelines, quality, and operability commensurate with the challenge we are facing.” This was stated by Sara Verones speaking at REbuild 2026, the exhibition dedicated to sustainable innovation in the built environment currently taking place at the Riva del Garda Congress Center.

During the panel dedicated to rules and planning, Verones highlighted how environmental sustainability has now become “a constituent element” within design processes, construction companies, public administration, and the financial system. “The work done in recent years to stop environmental considerations from being seen as a novelty has been adopted. Today it represents a consolidated datum, even from the point of view of investments,” she explained.

According to Verones, ESG criteria have also been fully internalized by industry players: “They are no longer viewed as a branding or rebranding element, but as a structural component of design and investments.”
