Republicans introduce a trojan horse bill to create a public record of every abortion in Montana.

The Columbia Falls cretin is at it again. Last Friday, Representative Braxton Mitchell (R-HD 3) introduced HB 213, titled “Provide certificate of nonviable birth.” From the title alone, the bill sounds innocuous enough. Florida was the first State to introduce this type of certificate a few years ago to allow woman who miscarry to obtain a certificate as part of Florida’s Grieving Families Act.
