I'm now staying at APA Akihabara-Ekimae and it's kinda a meh hotel, if I'm completely honest. Not nearly as clean as I expected it would be, smells funky, and there's obvious mold on the shower curtain.
I'm really tempted to just book the previous hotel I was at, because they seem to use IP address for pricing, and now they're offering ultra-low rates instead of what I paid originally. Even rebooking my entire trip there would still make the total cost way below other hotels.
