Die Anklage wurde von Tupas, einem ehemaligen Berater der amtierenden Vizepräsidentin Sara #Duterte erhoben. Mittlerweile ist #Bello auf Kaution freigelassen worden, dennoch drohen ihm bis zu acht Jahre #Gefängnis.
