A prominent MEP -- Tiemo @woelken -- is suing the @EUCommission for "failing to adequately explain why it withdrew two pieces of EU legislation shortly after President Ursula von der Leyen met with U.S. Vice President JD Vance," according to Politico.

Given that the software industry has far smaller startup costs than other industries, might bankruptcy be less of a dissuasion than in other industries? Might #AILiability require more jail time versus financial penalties than other sectors? Maybe here software *is* somewhat akin to a service?
