Il Parlamento europeo ha approvato alcune modifiche all’AI Act in seduta comune, seguendo in pratica i “suggerimenti” delle Commissioni per Mercato Interno e Libertà Civili. Riguardano in particolare l’entrata in vigore delle regole per i sistemi AI ad alto rischio e l’applicazione dei watermark. La vera novità è rappresentata dal ban per le app e i tool AI di nudificazione.
