Before the sheriff deputies showed up, van guy took a box out of the van and deposited it across the street. I wonder what is in the box.

Well, ABC7 had to change helicopters and the new one is having trouble locating the van with the out-of-control driver.

They found him. So did the sheriff's department. He was standing outside of the car when they drove up to him, hopped out, and put him in cuffs.
