ABC7 reports that the minivan guy was spinning donuts next to a crowd of protesters, almost hit some people, and they responded with rocks. Then he broke about 10,000 traffic laws. I added that last part because I watched the video live. Stop signs aren't even suggestions.

Before the sheriff deputies showed up, van guy took a box out of the van and deposited it across the street. I wonder what is in the box.
ABC7 is moving on.
Well, ABC7 had to change helicopters and the new one is having trouble locating the van with the out-of-control driver.
They found him. So did the sheriff's department. He was standing outside of the car when they drove up to him, hopped out, and put him in cuffs.
"My only question would be - what took them so long?"
The guy with the van is still driving around. "The LAPD is aware of him but they are doing nothing. They are spread so thin."
This is why martial law is incompatible with a city of 11 million people.
The crowd was breaking some car's windows. The driver took instant offense. ABC7 on YouTube is following the van. He may have shot at people. The crowd is saying he "hit people" and "ran over people."
