Text recognition alone does not allow visually impaired people to understand your pictures. I suggest the following text (sorry if my English is incorrect).

Furthermore your post is set in French, that will not help screen readers.

First image titled: "dog people on a winter morning". Someone walking with his dog in a snow storm

Second image titled: "cat people on a winter morning". A woman sleeping with a cat in a comfy bed.

Two little helpers I use to check my web sites for better #accessibility:

- https://wave.webaim.org Just enter your website (page) and you get a visual check that helps in fixing the most obvious issues.
- https://daltonlens.org/colorblindness-simulator Scroll down to "Choose an image", upload your image and you can check with the Machado 2009 simulation how your picture looks with red, blue etc colour blindness

DISCLAIMER: These are just helpers. Nothing more.

Allright. I guess I can use my favourite colour, orange, after all. This new version with darker green and lighter orange should also be readable for people with colour blindness. I hope :) This simulator with the Machado algorithm seems to deliver an acceptable approximation [1].

The old colour scheme really does fail big time. Thanks to all for telling me!

PSA (Public Service Announcement: After you have changed the design or CSS of your website, make it a habit to run your site through https://wave.webaim.org and fix any errors found to make sure your site is accessible to as many people as possible.
