Opacus@arcticEdge Thanks! The image is super crisp! Running a #5800X3D with a #6950XT so framerate isn’t an issue. Ultra settings in 1440p makes the same settings on 1080p look absolutely terrible. Only downside is the coil whine, i’m really pushing the GPU to it’s limits. But the system is more or less perfectly balanced. Think i’ll get a few years of joy out of the end-of-life AM4 platform :)

Seeing lots of #7900xtx price drops and promos (mostly in US it seems). Wish it were today I was looking at building my PC. If today I’d probably have gone for that card over my #6950xt
#VR performance issues on 7000 series and Canadian market pricing between these two earlier this year I ended up opting for a last Gen card.
If I hadn’t been building a PC from scratch I’d have probably held off and waited a bit longer. But of course this is all in hindsight.
