So. I'm in awful physical shape and my mental health is even worse. BUT I may have sorted out my bike seat issue recently so how about a #30daysofbiking?
Did a bit over 11 miles this evening. It was a little further and steeper than I wanted to go, but there were some aggressive drivers on the out part of my out and back so I made it a loop (Plus I live at the top of a large hill and my options are pretty limited).
