@moonspark @artisticfennec Most people learn that by playing. Since this is obviously not the case, starting w/reading a rulebook is the 2nd most common option (that was me, as a child).

Note that playing #DnD solo requires a lot of steering from what's in the rulebooks. 1:1 also needs the occasional tweak to shine.

Now, there are #RPGs (other than DnD) specifically designed for #2players (quite a few of those) or for #solo play (not that many)...
