And yes, a 16" #Brompton fits well into the trunk of a 2CV, even upright (in parallel to the boot lid). Did that often with my 16" Brompton in my 2CV. But I never took a picture of that. Will do next time. 🙂
I only have pictures of my #KMX #recumbent trike in the 2CV—w/o rear seats, with trunk extension and rear wheel between the front seats.)
Never tried the 20" G-Line yet, though. I also doubt it fits in the trunk. On the rear seat maybe.

No Bike but a Duck (or #2CV) of Theseus. It's way easier to list what hasn't been exchanged than was has been exchanged. Still original are the rear axle (without bearings, broke them in Sweden 2007), the gasoline tank (a thick molded plastic one, just the level sensors break) and the shift knob. Yes, we also exchanged the body (originally it was all white) and chassis—due to too much rust. 1989, ~370000km

Und noch was Schönes und vor allem Unerwartetes heute: Als ich meine #Ente am Beladen war, kam ein Elektro-SUV fahrender Nachbar aus der Tiefgarage gegenüber und brachte mir das #Citroën2CV Modell im Bild und fragte, ob ich das wolle. Er hätte es "für die Kinder" besorgt, aber die hätten nie damit gespielt. Und jemand, der #Döschwo fahre, habe doch sicher Freude an so einem Modell. 🤗
@chromblitzen: Das ist fast die inverse #Ente zu meiner. Einen 60er-Jahre Kühlergrill habe ich auch noch irgendwo. Nur kein passendes Winterhäubchen mehr dazu. (Bei dem, das ich früher nutzte, sind die Spanngummis hart und porös geworden und dann auch irgendwann gebrochen.)
