OHP: 165
DL: 425
Squat: 335
BP: 275

More #weightlifting news today: I have completed 1 of 2 max testing sessions (with my trainer in person for a change, to boot)! I tested #1RepMax on squat this morning - target was 305#, finished at 335#! 🥳 Previously tested max from years ago was 400, and that was slow and ugly. This 335 felt very strong! Next up today is bench press! … after some hydration and some fruit and maybe a nap. 😅

UPDATE: I hit my OHP target of 165!! I did make a go of 170, but I just couldn’t get the bar past eye level. It seems like I should have been able to by how 165 moved (heavy but unimpeded), but …. I’m beyond being surprised at what a profound difference in difficulty just 5 pounds can make for shoulder stuff. Anyway, WOO!
