made with stockingstitch with a 2ply, fine, hand-spun yarn, dyed with birch leaves
Fulled using a teasel to raise the nap which was then cut down with scissors.
Unlike the original one it has no dagging cut into the lower border.

Ich habe übrigens kein Liederbuch gebaut, sondern ein Geburtstagsgeschenk! Kurzfristig hab ich die Bänder noch mit Nestelschnüren ersetzt. Ein Dockenbarret für Lorenz!
