When you add a constraint for your developers, like "all new code must have 80% test coverage", when can you remove this constraint again? When *should* you remove it?

7 years. The most notable change this year is lowering of the right side. And I also went back on the idea of growing another upper level (for now).

the boxwood was so vigorous that it was growing out of control. so i decided to prune it, despite my earlier plan to leave it to grow.

there were lots of visible buds below my pruning cuts, so i think the tree will recover well.
