When you add a constraint for your developers, like "all new code must have 80% test coverage", when can you remove this constraint again? When *should* you remove it?

@flowchainsenseisocial I also said in the video that this particular constraint is probably not a good idea. But you are right, that could be said about all constraints. Taking notes, maybe for a future video.
