If you know someone applying to a CS PhD this year - make sure they know of grad app support programs!!
Free informal feedback (on statements, etc) from current PhD students before formally applying. Kinda new, but great stuff.
I track them here (2025):

We’re researching the usability of testing tools programmers use. We want to understand how to design these tools so they make it easier for programmers to test the code they write. If you have 90 minutes to spare, have experience with TypeScript, are at least 18, and are in the United States or Canada, we’d love for you to participate in our study. In this study, you will debug different Typescript programs using various testing tools. The study will be conducted remotely over the internet. If you participate, you will receive a $30 Amazon gift card. To see if you are eligible, please complete our brief screening survey
