The ARRL has a long online text band plan which they have condensed for HF into The Considerate Operator's Frequency Guide which is not really in a convenient form to print and carry with you into the field when operating portable #HamRadio.
Conveniently portable in the US means a 3x5" card. (Sorry people who use real measurements!) I made a band plan card with the HF frequencies you need to know, most of which are on the official ARRL document, and a few others which quickly become known in practice. Print it out duplex, trim off the edges, and it's magically the right size to laminate in a 3x5" pouches if you like that.
If you see typos, please flag them to me. Also, for the next edition, there's room for one more frequency as I have formatted it. Discuss candidates in 🧵 please! ☺ And let me know if you live in the civilized world and want to create one for whatever the right A-size paper would be.
