I'm one of those people to a degree. I'd like to go through my feed without having to see so many posts about Twitter. Twitter lives rent-free over here.
I thought most of us moved over here to get away from the mess. I didn't think we'd be discussing the mess in perpetuity.
The only thing that can be said in "Mr. Wonderful's" defense, (playing devil's advocate), is the fact that he's plainly said and repeatedly, he only cares about money, money, and money.
I've yet to see him stray from that mantra. It's who he is, and why he's very wealthy.
I don't condone it, nor promote it, but that's who he is.
I'm getting really tired of spam registrations on Pixelfed.
Debating between going nuclear on spam or embracing biz accounts with limited visibility.
The nuclear option would involve a central service that PF servers could query to reject signups before account creation

Add a "business account" flag that limits posts/hashtag visibility
